Play a key role in shaping and further developing an effective Community Services portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will work collaboratively with the Executive team to ensure the delivery of our Strategic Directions. You will lead Uniting SA's Community Services portfolio, being instrumental in creating an environment where exceptional client experience is the standard and continuous improvement a collective commitment. Overseeing five direct reports and a dedicated frontline team, you will bring a forward-thinking approach to drive performance and accountability, ensuring Uniting SA remains a leader in the sector. We're seeking an accomplished leader with a deep understanding of the Community Services landscape and a progressive approach to driving organisational success. You will bring strategic insight, a collaborative spirit, and an ability to inspire teams to truly make a difference by delivering high-quality, client-focused outcomes. Your ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and influence positive change will be essential in advancing Uniting SA's Vision. In partnership with the Community Services leadership team, you will play a key role in realising Uniting SA's Strategic Directions, utilising business plans and performance reporting to guide your approach.
