As a Senior Employee Experience Specialist , you will design and deliver programs of work and initiatives to advance and improve UnitingCare's employee value proposition, employee engagement, performance, recognition practices and culture.
You will work to translate business needs into innovative and pragmatic solutions that enable delivery of strategy and business performance, ensuring initiatives are developed in a connected and integrated manner as part of an overall employee life cycle and employee experience approach.

Your part in our UnitingCare team: Work collaboratively across the People and Culture function, develop enterprise-wide strategies to achieve optimal improvements in employee experience, engagement and culture in a connected and integrated manner. Oversee the change and system implementation of a new external engagement survey provider, Workday Peakon, including training and communications. Lead the employee engagement portfolio, including operational execution of quarterly engagement surveys and Lifecycle surveys (i.e. onboarding, exit, and pulse surveys). Ensure the employee value proposition is articulated and understood, as well as accelerated across the full employee lifecycle through attraction, onboarding, engagement, progression and retention. Work with and coach leaders to identify gaps in driving employee engagement and creating targeted projects/initiatives to target gaps and support the design and continuous improvement of reward and recognition programs at UnitingCare. Collaborate with key stakeholders within and external to People and Culture to ensure employee experience strategies and initiatives are prioritised, strategically aligned and positioned to meet both current and future organisational objectives. What makes a difference for us? Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or a relevant field, with significant experience working in an organisational capability building or organisational development role in a large, complex organisation. Experience in leading a system implementation across a complex organisation (survey provider implementation desirable). Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and implementing innovative and integrated organisational development strategies and programs with the ability to think strategically and deliver fit for purpose solutions, including practical tools and frameworks. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and key stakeholders through presentations, briefings and written reports/business cases. Proven ability to lead and manage complex, high value projects with significant stakeholder management and change requirements, with well-developed consulting skills, including the ability to quickly establish sound and trusting working relationships, to define organisational needs and co-design solutions with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
