Details of the offer

As a Project Officer for Headspace, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, monitoring, and evaluating a range of one-off and ongoing projects aimed at improving systems and processes across service delivery.

This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Full Time opportunity.

What will I be doing?

Collaborate with the Senior Manager and Senior Practitioner to design, trial, document, and evaluate various projects.
Provide recommendations for project objectives and support continuous service improvement.
Assist in developing documentation, including service models, communications, process mapping, and work instructions.
Drive the success of projects through streamlined administrative work.
Identify, collect, and analyze data and research to support projects and service delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills related to large-scale organisational change.
Knowledge of databases and computer programs relevant to data analysis, evaluation, and reporting.
Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or Diploma in area of expertise or equivalent experience.
