The Opportunity
UEL is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join us in our mission of providing exceptional education and care to our little people. This role leads a small passionate team to drive strategic initiatives to advance quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence across all UEL services.
Your mission will be to ensure compliance and ongoing accreditation with state and federal legislation, support and lead the assessment rating process, establish and review policies and contribute to quality improvement frameworks, goals and principles.
About You
You are someone who thrives in a growing organisation, with a desire for development of compliance frameworks. Additionally, you will be compelling in your stakeholder engagement to ensure that the team understands the "why" in addition to the "what".
Required skills/experience include:
Experience in the development of compliance and/or policy framework. Ability to interpret, analyse and implement regulation policy changes. Experience in developing, monitoring, auditing and improving quality practice and systems. Able to drive and lead change. Drivers Licence. Working with Children Check (WWCC).
