The primary purpose of the position is to supervise and lead a team of Care Organisers whose responsibilities include coordinating the service delivery of Uniting AgeWell Home Care programs.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and effectively. Allocate tasks and responsibilities based on team members' strengths and workloads. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse team performance metrics. Prepare reports for management on team performance, challenges, and opportunities. Identify areas for improvement in workflows and implement best practices. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained by the team. Ensure that the team follows company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Develop working instructions and processes for smoother delivery of services. Monitor and evaluate operational processes. Identify training and coaching opportunities and support individual professional development. Contribute to continuous improvement.
