We are seeking a motivated and professional Rental Coordinator / Internal Sales to be based at our Forklift and Access Solutions Branch in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure on-hire and off-hire procedure is followed in accordance with the customers' expectations.Ensure that rental machines are available and ready for transport.Check and authorise transport and sub hire invoices.Maintain the rental availability report.Ensure that the running of the transport is cost effective.Review transport strategies to achieve the most timely and cost effective solutions.Build client base of rental equipment through office enquiries.Coordinate workshop priorities in conjunction with workshop supervisor to meet company and customer requirements.Liaise with sales reps for upcoming equipment needs.Regular stock take of hire machines.The Successful Candidate will Require: Ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities.Computer literate.Motivated and willingness to learn new skills.Good written and verbal skills.Well-presented and organised.Ability to communicate with all levels.Team player with a great attitude and can-do approach.Start the conversation with our United Equipment Sales Team and we'll help you find the right equipment for the job.
