We are seeking a National Sales Coordinator for our Head Office to work with our sales team. You will form part of a strong dynamic team in an enjoyable and vibrant working environment, reporting to the Wholesale & Sales Divisional Manager.
Key responsibilities will include: Raising purchase orders for monthly stock orders Maintaining the National Stock List daily Completing equipment ID database for each forklift ordered together with branch location Preparing files with updated information per shipment once stock movement forms are received Raising P/O for unloading containers to contractors Gathering relevant freight forwarders invoices ready for pricing shipment by the Wholesale Manager Assisting in reconciling stock takes Liaising regularly with suppliers for updates on outstanding orders Updating delivery reports and ETAs from Factory Obtaining freight (domestic and international) costs Preparing monthly order intake report for Wholesale Manager Preparing monthly stock holdings forecast report for Wholesale Manager Monitoring delivered forklifts and chasing up delivery reports Updating spreadsheets and checking details are correct About you: Strong customer service focus and skills with a professional attitude and approach Ability to communicate professionally and courteously Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (good Excel and Word skills) Always looking for continuous improvement ideas for streamlining processes Highly motivated with an extremely strong desire to succeed Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers Accuracy and attention to detail are critical Ability to set own work priorities with strong time management Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a can-do approach Excellent written and verbal skills What's on offer: Competitive salary & super 5 weeks leave* 9-day fortnight or 4 weekly day off (optional) Free on-site parking Professional and friendly team within a growing and progressive business Training and support Genuine career growth potential Play an integral role in the continuing success of our established company Opportunity to deal with world-leading brands and the latest technological advancements Start the conversation with our United Equipment Sales Team and we'll help you find the right equipment for the job.
