What success looks like in this role: The Risk and Compliance Administrator is responsible for partnering with the UMP Business to assist in and support the Risk and Compliance Operating Office in their day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities include: Security Packet audit checks (both digital and physical documents) to ensure that core loan documentation has been loaded and stored by internal and third parties. Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy of SRAP data. Administer the Appointment and Revocation of SAR/SCR representatives with ASIC, and monthly reconciliation process, and Hindsight Reviews. Administer the Monthly Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program, including loading monthly WBC/RAMS training to Moodle, tracking and monitoring compliance with CPD requirements. Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Privacy Officer Function including:
Responding to Privacy requests from clients and 3rd parties. Administering the 3rd party Authorised Third Party registers. Assisting in the monthly sample testing of the Privacy Controls. Assisting in reporting as required. Other tasks as required to assist in the Privacy officer Delivery Function. Risk and Compliance Management: Implementation and facilitation of appropriate risk processes and practices, including the performance of controls associated with core functions (as defined above). Documentation of Risk processes. Production of risk, governance and operational reporting. Assisting in the administration of risk projects and change requests (including managing and monitoring the Service Request Register). You will be successful in this role if you have: Minimum 2-3 years previous work experience in risk & compliance, or operations in Financial Services - preferably in mortgage lending or mortgage/banking back office. High School Certificate or equivalent. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) strong competency. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills. Strong written communication and numeracy skills. Preferred:
A tertiary degree in Business/Commerce or other relevant discipline.
