ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :
We are looking for an experienced individual to lead a team of disability support professionals in delivering high-quality, personalised support services to our clients.
The responsibilities of the position include:
Managing sites for clients, staff and visitors, ensuring the site is well presented, well maintained and compliant with standards.
Leading the development, implementation, and review of each client's comprehensive person-centred plan.
Ensuring record keeping and documentation at each house is complete and accurate according to Unisson Disability's policies and procedures.
Participating in processes related to the use of Restricted Practices when required.
Providing support to clients for NDIS Plan Review meetings, ensuring all relevant support documentation is available.
Maintaining and improving staff skills through observation, feedback, and coaching.
Ensuring continuity of service through planned staff leave and timely recruitment in collaboration with the Scheduling and Human Resources Teams.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE :
2-3 years' experience in a leadership role in the Disability Sector.
Previous experience supporting clients with behaviours of concern.
Willingness to participate in flexible working hours including on call, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
High levels of enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, organisation, presentation, and leadership skills.
Emotional intelligence, resilience, and capacity to perform the work required.
