We are committed to providing top-quality automotive services and are currently seeking an experienced Motor Mechanic Supervisor to oversee our operations across two locations: Mc Minn Street and Progress Drive.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the mechanic team.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles including cars, light trucks, and electric vehicles.
Ensure high standards of workmanship and safety are met by all staff.
Provide hands-on mechanical support as needed, particularly for complex issues.
Manage work schedules, staff training, and performance evaluations for the mechanic team.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain and order necessary parts, tools, and equipment.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience, with in-depth knowledge of car maintenance and repair.
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is essential.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks across two locations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team of mechanics effectively.
Valid driver's license, Police Check, Working Rights Document.
