Our Opportunity
We are offering a new opportunity for a highly motivated customer service and property professional to join our team at Wentworth Quarter as a Residential Concierge, internally known as Resident Experience Coordinator.
Working alongside a supportive team, you will play a key role in contributing to an exceptional residential experience.
The Property
Introducing a brand-new waterfront community, set to open in September 2024, located in the vibrant heart of Wentworth Point.
This exceptional property offers luxurious amenities and high-quality living spaces, just steps away from the Wentworth Point promenade.
The BTR complex consists of an impressive selection of 211 spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and townhouses.
Amenity areas include landscaped podium, pool, state-of-the-art gym, co-working spaces, private dining room, resident lounge, BBQ terrace and more.
Your responsibilities
The roles duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Operate the day-to-day front desk reception with a focus on customer service When required, assist the Resident Experience Manager to prepare and/or host events Monitor and report concerns regarding resident safety and wellbeing and escalate as required Assist the General Manager to collect and collate resident feedback, as well as information around resident demographic, interests and hobbies with the intent of providing a personalised service Complete the move in and move out process for our residents at the beginning and end of their tenancy.
Assist the Resident Experience Manager in conducting ingoing, outgoing & routine inspections.
Champion the inhouse Resident APP and services.
Our mandatory requirements include:
Hold at least 1 (one) year experience within the Property Management sector Available to work a Monday to Saturday roster National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at your own cost.
