Principle Accountabilities Lead Deployment & Cutover Phases: Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of deployment and cutover activities for SAP S4 HANA, ensuring flawless execution on time and within business requirements.Strategic Cutover Planning: Develop and implement a robust cutover strategy, mitigating risks and minimizing disruption to operations during system migrations and go-lives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with IT, business units, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and smooth deployment execution.Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify deployment risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address any issues to ensure uninterrupted progress.Post-Cutover Support: Ensure a smooth transition after go-live by providing post-deployment support, quickly resolving issues and ensuring system stability.Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to continuously improve the deployment process, ensuring lessons learned are captured and implemented for future projects.Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in managing deployment and cutover activities within large-scale projects or programmes / SAP S4 HANA.Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies, tools, and techniques.Experience with managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.Ability to manage risks, issues, and tight deadlines effectively.
