About the Opportunity We are seeking a Unified Communications (UC) Team Leader to oversee a team of technical specialists providing both on-site and remote UC services for our client.
This role reports to the National Account Manager and involves managing daily customer service operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs, maintaining asset data, and overseeing on-site staff. The Team Leader will also drive positive customer interactions and manage UC projects from concept to delivery, enhancing the customer experience for our client.
