Unified Communications Architect

We are currently working together with one of Australia's primary Technology professional providers.
They are currently working with a large Federal Government department on delivering a new Unified Communications platform and solution.
They are looking for a UC Architect with strong expertise working with Microsoft 365 workloads and Microsoft Teams.
This role is initially a 9-month contract.
In this role, you would be involved in: Developing and recommending tailored solutions that comply with the customer's overarching strategic objectives and specific technical needs.
This includes drafting comprehensive design documents, creating visual diagrams, and preparing presentations that clearly articulate the intended architecture.
Formulating migration plans to facilitate a seamless shift from traditional systems to Microsoft Teams Voice, potentially involving progressive deployments, trial runs, and educational sessions for users.
Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee that the design and execution adhere to security norms, regulatory requirements, and performance benchmarks.
Key skills to have: Significant experience in a relevant Information Technology role with experience directly designing Microsoft Teams Voice and Transformation of Legacy Voice solutions to Microsoft Teams Voice with Direct Routing and Operator Connect, Designing and Configuring Voice Gateways, SBCs, Analogue Phone Devices, Teams Meeting Rooms, and Integration of Associated Contact Center Solutions.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Messaging Administrator, Teams Administrator, or Productivity Solutions.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels up to Cx O level.
Strong team and autonomous working with an outcome-oriented approach.
As this role will be working within the Federal Government, the successful candidate must have an active AGSVA NV1 Clearance.
