With a focus on long-term relationships and meeting stakeholder requirements, we differentiate ourselves through our technical capabilities and ability to craft solutions for complex risks.We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Underwriting Manager to lead our Care Liability team.In this role, you will be responsible for team leadership, distribution and sales strategy, and owning our Care Liability product offering.Your strong leadership skills, technical underwriting expertise in the healthcare or care sectors, and ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and clients will be crucial to your success in this role.As the Underwriting Manager, you will have specific accountabilities in team leadership, distribution and sales, and product and technical areas.You will set direction and manage workflow across the team, support and develop team members, drive engagement through regular communication, and foster a strong trading culture.
