Reporting to the Underwriting Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for interpreting, classifying and processing new business and renewal data in a timely and accurate manner. You will be a key member of a highly engaged national team providing support to NTI's network of offices around Australia. Day to day, you will:Interpret, classify and process new business and renewal data;Follow up on outstanding documentation;Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data to deliver seamless customer service.You will have experience working within the insurance industry in some capacity, having a working knowledge of basic insurance terminology and processes. In addition, you will be a service-oriented person, with a natural eye for detail and ability to work at pace in an administrative environment.
