• Casual Temp. role for 5 months. • Melbourne Location • Flexible working arrangements (5 days per fortnight in the office) Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities This admin role involves maintaining data, efficient processing of member request (insurance-underwriting related) from members within the timelines. Providing exceptional service to our partners through completion of all work types in an administrative environment Adherence to agreed service and quality standards Ensuring compliance with all legislative, financial and area specific procedures to minimise any risk to the business Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries Investigation and ownership of complex queries Actively contributing towards continuous process improvement Demonstrating drive and motivation by keeping up-to-date of current industry related information and changes Experience & Personal Attributes Previous experience within a corporate or professional services environment Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and other software packages Experience in processing high volumes of data Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve desired outcomes Proven ability to prioritise and time manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated positive attitude towards learning new skills Culture @ Link Group We are an inclusive employer whose people work collaboratively.
