As an Underwriter, you will contribute to achieving our mission by negotiating new business and renewal terms while delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction for all key partnerships in the Strata Community.

Key Responsibilities: Negotiate new and renewal business programmes for residential Strata buildings to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Develop and grow our market presence by nurturing relationships with our chosen intermediaries through exceptional service. Partner with the Claims team to gain a better understanding of insurance risk. Skills and competencies which will make you successful in this role: Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by strong communication and active listening skills. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Self-starter who is flexible, outcome-oriented, and productivity-focused while supporting teamwork, diversity, and collaboration. Highly competent in Office 365. Insurance and Claim Systems experience would be highly regarded. Prior experience and knowledge: Minimum 2 years of General Insurance Industry experience gained in Customer Service, Underwriting, or Claims.
