What your new job looks like Reporting to the Underwriting Team Leader, this 12-month FTC role will offer the successful candidate a wonderful opportunity to use your insurance knowledge and flair, working in a growing and high-performing team.
Whilst this role sits in our QLD and NT team we are open to a flexible location for a candidate currently based in another state.
You must however be able to attend and work from your local metro office 1 day per week.
The successful candidate must demonstrate initiative, a commitment to excellence in client service, must be a team player and have ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines.
The role will involve: Consistent delivery of exceptional customer service within agreed workflow timeframes.
Underwriting renewals, new business & endorsements in line with your underwriting authority level.
Provide premium quotes in a timely and professional manner.
Monitoring and reporting on loss ratio.
Actively implementing risk improvements on a regular basis.
We'd love to meet you Especially if you can talk to us about your: Minimum 2+ years' experience in property underwriting.
Understanding of quality service standards.
High level skills in organisation, time management & problem solving.
Previous Strata specific Underwriting experience.
Knowledge of Strata Management Industry.
Established relationships in broker market.
