Underground Services Manager

TEN Recruitment are working with a renowned civil contractor who has been delivering projects throughout Perth for over 40 years.
With a very busy year ahead, we are now looking to recruit an Undergrounds Manager.

Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the mentorship of drainage crews and the delivery of all underground services such as drainage, sewer, and wastewater.
Drawing from your hands-on experience in civil construction, you will ensure project deadlines are met by assisting in the development of schedules and driving team performance.

Requirements:
To be successful, it is essential that you have significant experience in delivering civil projects and can demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of all relevant statutory regulations and procedures.
Experience in road construction projects will be highly advantageous.
This is an ideal position for someone looking to move up from a lead drainer/supervisor role towards management/mentorship.
