AIC Mines owns the Eloise Copper Mine located near Cloncurry, QLD. Eloise is an underground mine with conventional crush-grind-float processing to produce a high-quality copper-gold concentrate. AIC Mines has recently commenced an expansion of the Eloise operation following the acquisition of the nearby Jericho resource. The Company also owns a portfolio copper and gold exploration projects located across Australia.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Underground Service Crew Expert to work within our Mining Department to install and maintain vital unground mining infrastructure.
In this role, you'll report to the Underground Shift Supervisor and will be required to work with and mentor Service Crew personnel across all crews to ensure a high standard of workmanship is achieved.
The core role requirements are:
Maintain and repair services and equipment such as vent, air, and water services. Installation of vent walls and secondary fans Assisting other underground roles as required. Mentor and build the capacity of the Service Crew personnel across all crews. The role follows a 2/2 FIFO roster from Townsville, with bus commuting options available for local candidates from Cloncurry and surrounding communities. Accommodation is provided onsite at the Eloise Copper Mine; 65km from Cloncurry.
About You: 3+ years proven underground service crew experience is required. Hold a current Working at Heights Certificate and C Class Drivers Licence. Physically fit and able to pass medical assessment and police clearance. A strong communicator and team player who wants to make a difference.
