THE ROLE Development of short-term planning requirements producing weekly schedules and effective communication of such plans to all stakeholders Implementation and design of drill and blast plans Coordinate daily production requirements Electronic detonator timing underground Ventilation work as required WHAT DO I NEED Recognised tertiary degree in Mine Engineering Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an Underground Production role Competent in use of CAD software (Deswik preferable) in mine design Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment Reasonable computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suite A can-do, team-oriented attitude Candidates must meet our pre-employment criteria which includes medical and drug and alcohol screening, relevant right to work checks and be able to provide a valid Australian national police clearance (or be able to obtain).
