This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading gold producer in a role that has great growth potential.
The role is on either a 5/2, 4/3 or an 8/6 roster.
The role is residential in Kalgoorlie with relocation packages available for the right candidate.Job details:Reporting to the Senior Engineer, the primary role will be delivering mine plans in a safe and efficient manner.Produce accurate and clear mine instructions, including both lateral and vertical mine developments and stope note plans.Produce mine designs ready for the mine schedule and economic analysis of stopes.Work closely with the geology team to ensure designs are in line with available geological information.Assist management of underground contractors for project work where required.Success in this role will come from your skills in being engaging, consultative, and approachable along with versatility and critical thinking.We require:Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.Minimum of 3+ years working in an underground mine, preferably Gold.Competency in using various Deswik packages (CAD, IS).This is an exceptional career opportunity that offers unparalleled potential for advancement as well as avenues for personal growth.Unfortunately, MPI are only able to consider people with appropriate and relevant experience, and who are either Australian Permanent Residents or have the necessary permits to work in Australia and who are currently in Australia.
