Underground Loader Operators

AWX Mount Isa are currently seeking experienced Underground Loader Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be working a 7 on 7 off roster, rotating days and nights and consisting of 12-hour shifts. About this role: • Operate underground loaders safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines. • Preform pre-start checks and regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Load and transport materials sucks are ore, rock and other materials using underground loaders. • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets and maintain a smooth work flow. • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. • Loaders to be operated: CAT 1700's and 2900's and/or Sandvik 514, 517 and 621's. Requirements: • Manual Open Driver Licence. • Relevant qualifications/RII's • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating underground loaders in a mining environment. • Underground experience is preferred. • Hold or willing to obtain a police clearance. • Ability to pass a low risk medical and site compliance.
