With significant movement in the geology sector, we are eager to hear from Underground Geology Technicians who are interested in new opportunities.Our clients offer:Various rosters such as 8/7, 12/9, 2/1, 15/13 and 2/2Competitive salaries and contract rates + superannuationContract, on-going, fixed term or permanent.Typical day-to-day tasks:Core yard working including, metre marking, orientation marking, core photography, density measurements, core cutting, QAQC insets and moreMap, mark up and sample ore headingsLiaise with underground drillersMaintain high QAQC standards for drill core processingSample submission to the laboratoryAssist Geologists with underground mapping preparationData entry and other computer tasks.You must have:Previous experience working in an underground environment as a Geology TechnicianCurrent C Class manual WA driver's licenceNational Police ClearanceFirst Aid CertificateAble to pass a medical and drug/alcohol screenThe right to work in Australia.Unfortunately, we are only able to consider people with appropriate experience, and who are either Australian Permanent Residents or have the necessary permits to work in Australia.
