Underground Electrician

8:6 Roster - DAY SHIFT ONLY! Good Camp & Mobile Coverage Up to $80 Per Hour + Super on All Hours Silverstone is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Underground Electrician to cater to our clients' requirements in the thriving WA mining and resources sector. This opportunity will commence on contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position.
Reporting to the Underground Electrical Supervisor, responsibilities of the position will include but not limited to:
Ensure all electrical maintenance and installation work complies Maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment Troubleshooting leaky feeder communication Performing statutory testing and inspections on all electrical distribution systems Electrical and instrument fault finding; RCT Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years' underground experience WA A-Grade Electrical Licence High Voltage Switching National Police Clearance Unrestricted "C" Class Drivers' License CPR & LVR Qualification Resume Highlighting experience Successful applicants would be required to provide contactable references and be able to meet Pre-employment medical and drug screen criteria prior to commencement.
