The 2025 Undergraduate Program will include the following:
Starting in a group of your peers with a dedicated training day and company-wide event in your first week Ongoing virtual and in-person training sessions with experienced Partners to teach core skills Online training resources to support your learning and development Dedicated communication channels to connect with your peers We have a number of roles across Greater Sydney and throughout Australia, allowing you to work close to home while remaining connected to the wider Kelly+Partners community.

About You Currently enrolled in an Accounting degree or related discipline Willing to work part-time (3 days minimum) or full-time throughout your studies Intending to pursue a Chartered Accountant qualification after graduation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic Why Join Us?
