The AWH UG Clinical Supervisor will carry an honorary title with LTU & is responsible for supervision of 4th & 5th years Dental students of La Trobe University (LTU).The honorary title with LTU will recognise the incumbent's contribution to the UG program, ensure access to LTU academic library resources as well as professional networking opportunities with academic & clinical staff of LTU. The UG Supervisor will work with the AWH program manager & senior dental assistant, together with the LTU Student Clinical Support Officer, to oversee the daily operations of the student clinical program.This will include intake & triage of referrals suitable for the student clinic & optimising student allocations. They will provide high quality clinical supervision & assessment of student learning & performance in line with the Australian Dental Councils Professional Competencies. With support from the Program Manager and the Dental Director the UG Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all UG students provide safe & quality care to our community.
