+ The Role We are looking for someone with initiative, who has a keen interest in innovative engineering, competent in key areas of practice and an interest In building capacity to manage small to medium projects with a focus on client satisfaction. You will be mentored by highly experienced engineers and will benefit from access to a broad range of project opportunities. This particular role will initially focus on developing engineering designs using 3D design and visualisation software.
This challenging role will vary from time to time based on the needs of our clients and the strategic direction of the business.
We are looking for someone with an interest in stormwater and flooding, and with broader interests in integrated water management, waterway restoration, environmental engineering and climate change adaptation.
The ideal candidate will be willing to develop, the following capabilities:

+ Selection Criteria •Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to explain engineering principles in plain English.
•A passion for design, innovation, and sustainability.
•Civil or environmental engineering degree, strong undergraduate results, and relevant work experience.
