As our sustained growth continues, we are looking for a Undergraduate Accountant to join our team. Undergraduates have the ability work flexibly by way of 3+ days/week to fit in study commitments. The successful candidate will be well organised and analytical by nature, and passionate about pursuing a career in accounting. What you'll do: Preparation and posting of the monthly project recharges Maintenance of the fixed asset register Preparation of monthly BAS Preparation of monthly general ledger reconciliations Monthly bank reconciliation Monthly credit card reconciliation Preparation of weekly and ad hoc payment runs Jobpac system administration About you: Completion or partial completion of a related Commerce based degree Moderate-to-strong level of proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word Passion for accounting and numbers, with a keen learning mindset Able to work autonomously and within a team Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities An eye for detail and planning ahead Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills A 'can do' attitude How you'll benefit: Investment in training with the aim to have the best trained workforce in the industry Free health assessments for all staff Paid parental leave for both primary and secondary care givers Fast-tracked career development opportunities and support through mentoring, workshops and retreats Industry-leading internal communication channels to break down silos across sites, allowing staff to share ideas, lessons learnt and other resources.
