The Opportunity Delaware North Australia is looking for a Data Insights Analyst to join the Marketing team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort.
Your remit will be to develop and maintain statistical reporting and strategically manage loyalty marketing data.

What you will do?
Customer loyalty analysis and reporting.
Driving member acquisition and engagement through segmentation and layering of offers.
Developing and delivering data-driven direct marketing strategies.
Delivering actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
More about you Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
Demonstrated experience working in an analysis/insights role.
Experience in loyalty analytics, gaming, marketing, or CRM will be highly regarded.
Advanced skills in using Excel, PowerBI, SQL, and Python, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of statistical concepts, predictive modelling, and applications.
Proven analytical skills, with the ability to overlay commercial acumen to develop insights and recommendations.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Casino Operative License.
