Ultrasound Clinical Educator

Do you have a passion for teaching and mentoring junior Sonographers?

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Sonographer to join a team as the Ultrasound Clinical Educator.

You will be responsible for supervising the training of trainee, graduate and experienced Sonographers.

This position is available in Brisbane and Gold Coast.

The successful Sonographer will either work part-time 2 educational days per week or full-time 2 educational days and 3 days of clinical practice.

Requirements

ASAR accreditation
Competent in all aspects of ultrasound
Previous experience in teaching and training
Ability to teach basic, intermediate and advanced ultrasound techniques
Support the Modality Head and Operational Leadership
Organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Evidence of ongoing CPD and knowledge of best practice
