About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced UKG Business Analyst to join our team.In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the go-live of our time and attendance system, leading system testing, and gathering and documenting requirements for time and attendance, as well as scheduling.Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing the existing BA team's understanding of UKG complexities, preparing reports and documentation for stakeholders, and planning and executing the scheduling component go-live.Responsibilities: Support System Go-Live: Assist with the implementation and go-live of the UKG time and attendance system, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.System Testing: Lead and execute comprehensive system testing to identify and resolve any issues prior to go-live.Requirements Gathering: Gather and document detailed requirements for time and attendance, as well as scheduling, to ensure the system meets all business needs.Team Enhancement: Enhance the existing Business Analyst team's understanding of the complexities of the UKG system, providing guidance and support as needed.Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and any issues that arise.Go-Live Planning: Plan and execute the go-live of the scheduling component in August/September, ensuring all aspects are ready for deployment.About You: Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven ability to gather requirements, document processes, and lead system implementations.UKG Expertise: Solid experience with the UKG (Kronos) time and attendance system and scheduling module, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement effective strategies.Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.Team Player: A collaborative team player who can work effectively with various stakeholders and team members.Detail-Oriented: Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Please apply by upload your current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).If you would like to have a confidential discussion, please contact Kerry Hunter on 02 8093 0600, quoting reference JN -062024-37178.Want to know more about Davidson?Visit us at www.davidsonwp.com
