UiPath Senior Business Analyst Local Peoples is seeking enthusiastic and talented UiPath Senior Business Analyst in the ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC to join our team as embedded members with our prestigious Government client.
Our Government client is seeking skilled Robotic Process Automation/UiPath Senior Business Analysts to join the Data and Automation Engineering Branch to drive automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver innovative solutions.
The ideal candidates will collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business processes for automation.
This role involves engaging with business, gathering requirements, analysing existing processes and identifying improvements appropriate for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-function teams to identify automation opportunities within business processes. Conduct detailed analysis of current processes and workflows to facilitate RPA solutions. Gather and document business requirements. Develop RPA business cases and use cases for executive assessment. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. Support User Acceptance Testing and the upfront identification of Success Criteria. Primary Knowledge/Skills/Systems/Tools required for role include: Robotic Process Automation UiPath Travel: Some interstate travel may be required.
Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis. Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices. Experience in process mapping, business process modelling, and requirements gathering. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Previous experience engaging with business colleagues for User Acceptance Testing. Residency & Clearance: Must have Baseline Clearance or obtain one.
