Uipath Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Process Automation/UiPath Senior Business Analyst to drive automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will identify, analyze, and document business processes for automation. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing existing processes, and identifying improvements suitable for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Security Clearance required - Baseline (or ability to obtain and maintain).
Key duties may include, but are not limited to: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities within business processes. Conducting detailed analysis of current processes and workflows to facilitate RPA solutions. Gathering and documenting business requirements. Developing RPA business cases and use cases for executive assessment. Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback. Supporting User Acceptance Testing and identifying Success Criteria upfront. Primary Knowledge/Skills/Systems/Tools required for the role: Robotic Process Automation. UiPath. Some interstate travel may be required. Mandatory Criteria: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis. Weighted Criteria: Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices. Experience in process mapping, business process modeling, and requirements gathering. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
