Ui/Ux Designer

Our client, an innovation driven mining company, is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join their growing team on a permanent basis, working closely with development teams and product owners to enhance the design and user experience of their applications. This role involves a deep understanding of user-centric design principles and offers an exciting opportunity to shape the look and feel of their products through effective collaboration, mock-ups, and design implementations. Key Responsibilities Advise development teams and product owners on design, workflow, and usability to ensure UI/UX standards are met across all applications. Collaborate with customers, subject matter experts, and product owners to understand and interpret user and business needs. Design and build visually compelling UI elements and components. Create high-fidelity mock-ups using tools like Adobe XD or Figma to validate design concepts and user flows with both internal and external stakeholders. Support the development team with style guides, component libraries, wireframes, templates, and code snippets to ensure consistency and usability. Continuously seek ways to improve and refine existing UI/UX designs and workflows currently in production. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in creating sleek, contemporary, and visually appealing user interfaces. Excellent design abilities with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or comparable software. Extensive knowledge of UX design principles, including expertise in user flow optimization.
