They aim to make the visa application journey more accessible, affordable, and efficient, providing expert-crafted guidance to help individuals navigate the complexities of applying for an Australian visa. The UI/UX Designer will play a critical role in shaping the user experience across various digital platforms, including the website, Customer Portal (CP), and Admin Portal (AP).
Responsibilities Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points of our target audience.Design the information architecture and user flows to ensure intuitive navigation.Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design concepts.Develop visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand and accessibility standards.Design engaging interactions and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient implementation of designs.Contribute to the development and maintenance of UI style guides and design systems.
