The UI/UX Designer will play a critical role in shaping the user experience across various digital platforms, including the website, Customer Portal (CP), and Admin Portal (AP).
Responsibilities Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points of our target audience.
Design the information architecture and user flows to ensure intuitive navigation.
Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design concepts.
Develop visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand and accessibility standards.
Design engaging interactions and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient implementation of designs.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of UI style guides and design systems.
Requirements Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong prototyping skills using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision.
Experience with responsive design and frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG compliance.
Experience in conducting usability testing, A/B testing, and user interviews.
Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Minimum 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably for SaaS platforms or tech-driven solutions.
