We're excited to offer a new opportunity for a UI/UX Designer to join our team until April 2026.
As part of the Web Marketing Team, you'll bring a passion for continuous improvement and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating user-focused designs for digital platforms, including web, mobile, apps, and other touchpoints.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Melbourne CBD office.

Knowledge of the telco industry2+ years' experience in UX/UI designSkilled in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and FigmaFamiliarity with web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Experience in app design and prototyping for Apple/AndroidBackground in website optimisation, CRO, SEO, and analyticsProficient in user research, journey mapping, and UX methodsUnderstanding of accessibility and inclusive designStrong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designsEye for detail and best-practice design principlesExperience with responsive design across devicesCreative problem-solving skillsAbility to:
Think strategically and lead solutionsWork independently and collaborativelyAdapt quickly to changeHow will you support our "Why?" Conduct user research to understand needs and pain pointsCreate wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to test ideasDesign visually appealing interfaces aligned with our brandMap user journeys and design UX across web, mobile, and app platformsRun user testing sessions to gather feedback and improve designsCollaborate with teams to ensure successful implementationPrepare design specs and documentation for consistencyStay updated on UX/UI trends and toolsMonitor web analytics to identify opportunitiesPerform other tasks as neededReady to join?
