About the Opportunity
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Specialist to join our Product Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our AI-powered applications. You will play a key role in enhancing the user experience, ensuring that our products are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with our mission to support finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities: User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.Design Development: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.Visual Design: Create visually appealing user interfaces that align with Klonify's branding and user expectations.User Testing: Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights.Analytics: Use analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience continuously.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Specialist, preferably within tech or finance sectors.Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools.Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Duration: Ability to commit 1+ hour per day.
