Candidates from there states are welcome to apply WFH available!  Responsibilities include:  Gather and assess user requirements collaboratively. Engage with stakeholders for co-design opportunities. Visualise concepts through storyboards and wireframes. Conduct user research and usability testing. Analyze data requirements with business analysts. Secure stakeholder agreement on project requirements. Influence project documentation for UI/UX needs. Aid the agency in design system development. Essential Criteria:  Proven UI/UX elicitation experience. Knowledge of UI/UX methodologies and WCAG guidelines. Strong stakeholder relationship skills. Appreciation for accessible design.
