This role will be designing and delivering across a broad range of platforms, including web, mobile, and connected television.Lead the creation of visually compelling and functional user interfaces across multiple platforms (web, mobile, TV) that align with brand guidelines and provide an exceptional user experience.Contribute to and help maintain our design system, ensuring consistency in UI components, interactions, and patterns across all products and platforms.Work closely with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure that designs are user-centered, aligned with product requirements, and technically feasible.Focus on visual hierarchy, colour, typography, and iconography to ensure an aesthetically pleasing and usable design throughout our entire ecosystem.Prioritise usability and accessibility in designs, ensuring that all users can navigate and interact with the product seamlessly.Iterate on design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing, and team reviews.Mentor junior designers and help elevate the overall design team's skills and output. Collaborate with other designers to ensure the UI design is cohesive across different brands and platforms.Keep up to date with the latest UI design trends, tools, and best practices. Introduce new ideas and design innovations to improve the user experience and stay ahead of competitors.Skills and Experiences We're Looking ForRecent experience as a digital UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your experience in designing complex digital products across multiple platforms, such as web, mobile, and TV.A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating your expertise in UI design, including high-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and design systems. The portfolio should also show your ability to translate design concepts into detailed, implementable UI elements.Advanced skills in design tools such as Figma, the Adobe suite, and/or similar UI/UX design software.
