Your Responsibilities: As the AME Team Lead, you will provide supervision and team leadership to ensure maintenance is performed and completed, and aircraft are airworthy in accordance with prescribed aviation standards.
You will plan, organise, direct, and control one or more maintenance teams and activities throughout the execution of maintenance and General Aviation Tasks (GAT) from both an administrative and technical perspective.
About You: To be successful you will demonstrate the following: Significant demonstrated experience in aircraft maintenance managementDemonstrated understanding of Human Factors and Human Resource ManagementDemonstrated high levels of communication and leadership skillsSignificant knowledge and understanding of the requirements of DASASignificant demonstrated experience working on helicopters and/or componentsComputer literacy with an ability to produce, analyse, and interpret complex reports and informationSpecial Requirements: Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
