On the University of Queensland Electrical Maintenance Contract, UGL is the lead contractor for Preventative and Corrective maintenance across all UQ sites throughout QLD. This role will be based at UQ's main campus based in St Lucia, where you will be working alongside a tight-knit team.
The Role Take this newly created role and run with it! Reporting to the Project Controller, you will provide administration and coordination support with a strong focus on documentation management. Duties will include:
Managing electronic filing systems on Sharepoint Raising Material requisitions, purchase orders, work orders Onboarding of suppliers and subcontractors Facilitating weekly Timesheet processes Assisting with generating monthly reporting Assisting team with compliance and best practice About You This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build on their experience or return to work.
2+ years' administrative experience You're proficient with the MS Office suite of apps. SAP experience is a plus. You're a self-starter with a solutions-focused, can-do attitude. You proactively seek to continuously improve deliverables and work efficiencies. You're a team player who likes to have a laugh!
