Graduates receive a permanent position with structured, on-the-job training, guided learning plans and leadership mentoring. Over the two-year program, you will be building your career as you experience two one-year rotations with placements in various roles and projects.

UGL is seeking dynamic final-year university students or 2023 university graduates with a Finance (Accounting) degree to join our exciting Projects Finance team based out of Brisbane.

Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn. Able to work independently or in a team, delivering high-quality results. Proactive in communication, collaboration, and building strong relationships.
