We are now seeking a Project Administrator to be site-based to work with the planning team in readiness for planned Turnaround events scheduled for 2025.
Based on-site in Geelong, Victoria, you would need to be a project 'all-rounder' and have demonstrated experience with some of the below, preferably in a shutdown or large project environment:
Onboarding and Mobilisation Health & Safety Administration Quality Administration Payroll About You
You will work collaboratively with the site-based project team, off-site support-based functions, and where appropriate our clients.
Ideally, you will have:
5 years' experience in an administrative role in a heavy industrial, high-volume project environment Ability to be site-based Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the Project life cycle from Operations Managers to blue-collar workforce to our client Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft products, in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook What we offer
