About the Role: Our Business Systems Support Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective administration, analysis, and enhancement of our internal and SAS systems. This position is responsible for maintaining system integrity, providing data-driven insights, supporting vendor relationships, and delivering comprehensive training and support to end users.
The role provides technical expertise and analytical skills, as well as providing outstanding customer service, partnering with business stakeholders to provide tailored, timely system solutions with a focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities: Hold a tertiary qualification in IT or a related field, or have significant demonstrated experience in a related role. Proved experience in and detailed understanding of administration of internal and SAS systems improvements including maintenance, configuration and user management. Understand the importance of and take great satisfaction in delighting internal stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and support the creation and ongoing management of IT strategies through data-driven insights. Great knowledge of IT change processes and policies. If you've worked with Microsoft Dynamics products, HRIS or Medical Management software, we would particularly love to hear from you.
