+ 17% superannuationThe University Department of Rural Health (UDRH) is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee multidisciplinary education initiatives under the Rural Health Multidisciplinary Training Program.
In this vital role, you will ensure consistency, collaboration, and best practices across our Rural and Remote Health (RRH) network, working closely with Flinders RRH and College staff to enhance the student experience and strengthen the health workforce in rural communities.You will be responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and reporting on key projects.
This includes coordinating community engagement committees, preparing contracts, and collaborating with stakeholders to execute project work plans.
Additionally, you will monitor KPIs and prepare comprehensive reports for the Flinders Rural & Remote Executive.Your role will also involve liaising with operational staff to ensure students receive appropriate accommodation and support during their rural clinical placements.
