As their growth continues strongly in 2024, this organisation is seeking a competent UC Engineer, with a passion for ensuring that customers receive a superior service.
The role will see you delivering:
Pre-sales engineer tasks around solution design and scoping for voice/data/internet solutions. You will manage alerts and support tickets via the Professional Services Automation (PSA) ticketing system. Complex remediation actions in response to alerts, maintenance and support tickets. Consult and collaborate with key stakeholders. Working closely with solution architects, engineers and PM/SDM to deliver required outcomes. Facilitate handover sessions and provide technical presentations for knowledge transfer. Update as-built documentation to be provided internally and to customers. Support and maintain customer telephony to ensure our support SLA's are being met. Technically, the following skill set and experience is required: Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues. Troubleshoot SIP Device connectivity issues. Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyse and isolate issues. Experience configuring and maintaining IP telephony platforms is essential3CX Avaya IP office Platform including Voicemail Pro, Avaya Call reporting and CRM integrations. Cisco/Broadsoft. Microsoft Teams Calling. Telephony project implementations and migrations (configuring, porting, testing, training, documentation etc.). Carrier service ordering and amending. Log faults with Upstream providers/carriers/Vendors on behalf of clients. Perform customer Proactive Maintenance. Understanding of Voice platform/CRM integrations. Minimum 3 years experience working with VOIP technology. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential. The rewards for you:
