The opportunity We have a brand new opportunity for an experienced UAT Manager to join the Test Automation Team, reporting to the Head of Practice Management.
As the UAT Manager you will be responsible for the Business Testing functions such as UAT, PVT and assist with governance of Release Testing activities; and help remove impediments impacting UAT testing phase.

Your new role The UAT Manager will work with other change streams to analyse the scope of UAT and manage resourcing demands using RFW processes.

Other key responsibilities will include:

Create UAT Test plans and strategies for testing and lead and manage UAT resources
Build relationships with external vendors and internal key stakeholders
Guiding compliance and effectiveness of testing functions to be aligned with the Testing roadmap and vision
Coordinate UAT activities in the assigned change/project stream and develop an overall Enterprise UAT framework in alignment with global standards.
Foster a highly engaged skilled workforce by providing coaching and mentoring to UAT testing teams and supporting Business users/testers
Serve as the primary point of contact for business, project, and technical stakeholders, providing expert guidance on the scope and management of testing involvement
Develop and review comprehensive test strategies for UAT, production verification testing (PVT), and regression testing across Agile and traditional system development projects
About you To be successful in this role you will have held a similar position with another large Global organisation and will have significant hands-on experience in UAT Testing processes and UAT co-ordination processes.

You will also have:

Experience working with technical tools such as TOSCA, Postman, Selenium etc.
People Leadership experience including motivating, developing, and directing people as they work; evaluating performance and providing effective feedback
Extensive experience in Release Testing Governance proven relevant Vendor engagement and management process
Ability to utilise effective negotiation strategies to build a consensus and prepare a plan of action
Experience identifying and articulating innovative improvement opportunities and translate them into tangible business deliverables
